Why join EAC?
You will be voicing your support of the Arts in our area by becoming
a member of Emanuel Arts Council, Inc., a non-profit, community-based arts agency
affiliated with Georgia Assemblies of Community Arts Agencies, Georgia Assembly
of museums and Galleries, Georgia Council for the Arts, and National Endowment
for the Arts, which "believes that a great nation deserves great art." The
Mission of EAC is to sponsor and promote cultural programs in all areas of
the fine arts for general community betterment and to benefit people of Emanuel
and surrounding counties. Formed in 1978, EAC fosters local artists in their
endeavors and imports other artists to enrich the community's arts experience.

Persona; invitations designed by the artists to 10 exhibitions at the Kalmanson
Gallery each year. Receptions are free everyone is invited
La Petite Series for Young Audiences, a partnership with Emanuel County Schools
t bring live performances to school children
Artists Guild meets on second Tuesdays
Open Mic Cafe held twice a month at RFD Gallery provides local performers
a stage to hone their skills.
Community Theatre allows area performers to participate in plays and musicals.
Emanu' Ole Opry showcases local country and western musicians
Rock-N-Roll Revue features local performers rocking to Oldies
The Gift Shop featuring unique works by local artists
